Glad they survived the rainy weather we had lately.

The Robins are back, it seems in greater numbers than usual.

Trumpeter Swan this is the same swam I have featured since 2019 unfortunately he can't fly and was given shelter and medical attention at our local wildlife refuge this past winter, we all hope he will do well in this familiar place.
Little River Nature Park is my favourite quiet space never see more than three people at a time, but nature belongs to us all to enjoy and take care of, because of covid restrictions more people are discovering the beauty of the Comox Valley and I for one always like to mention where I take my photos and appreciate it when other people do the same.

A walk around the neighbourhood.

I usually see what I see when out walking what ever catches my eye, no rhyme or reason and click.

Braving the wind at low tide one of the nicest beaches close to home.
The colour and spaced out pattern on the beach reminded me of an Axminster carpet.

I took this through a barbed wire fence hence the fuzzy lines there were a few Eagles at the scene but I don't believe this deer was killed by an Eagle, more likely a Cougar or Dog .

I like how trees don't have to conform they can grow and dance to their own drummer.

Spring is in the air.

The first sign of spring at the little church in Comox a popular place for the arts and community events.

Herring Season we were lucky to see it come to the Comox Valley this year.

So much to see on the water looks like the Eagles are saying grace after their fill.

It's that time of year the Herring fleet is in town.

I enjoy seeing the various boats and wild life in general all having their share, lots of Sea Lions, Eagles and such.
Because it only comes around once a year I will be posting more photos in the next few days.
