Remembrance Day. I found this old photo of my husbands parents, my mother in law came to Canada as a WAR BRIDE from the city of Newcastle, it was not an easy transition as she ended up on a small farm with not another house in sight, she had to learn how to cook on a wood stove bake bread and missed the conveniences of city living her parents and five sisters I could not have wished for a nicer mother in law.
