Visited  an Eagle Nest I have been keeping an eye on.

Visited an Eagles nest I have been keeping an eye on, there are two in the nest, the mother just flew of after I arrived it was a bit late in the day for me to wait to see her come back these youngster are hungry. I hope to see them again before they fledge. It's not easy getting a good shot with my handheld point and shoot camera.

Cumberland Museum and archives, Cumberland is an important part of the Comox Valley which is comprised out of the City of Courtenay, the Town of Comox and the Village of Cumberland as well as some smaller hamlets. Cumberland is known for its rugged out door trails and Comox lake a lovely place to spend some time with it's relaxed vibe inviting you to visit one of the many coffee shops, restaurants and artisan establishments.

The cottage has an artist in residence program certain times in the year so please respect their privacy, a wonderful place to be inspired.
