We said goodbye to Grover at the age of fourteen today.

Grover was a seven year old rescue when he came to live with us, he was stubborn amd marched to his own drummer we just followed his lead and when he was happy we were as well so he got his own way most of the time. Grover was a constant companion on most of my hikes these past few years but he was starting to show his age last year and lost the strength in his hind legs and bladder control. I will miss him.
